Simone Biles, 27, the most decorated gymnast in the World championships history, the recipient of the US Medal of Freedom, and the first female gymnast to win six all-around world titles has qualified as the member of US Women Gymnastics Team for the 2024 Paris Olympics along with other famous women gymnasts.
The female US gymnasts started her preparation on May 18-19, 2024 at Core Hydration Classic. Simone Biles ended qualifying and becoming the oldest female American gymnast to compete at the Olympics in 72 years (see:Gymnastics: Simone Biles Getting Ready for 2024 Paris Olympics; Competing Against Gabby Douglas and Suni Lee).
Simone Biles qualified along with more famous female gymnasts. Sunisa Lee, the reigning Olympic all-around champion, who overcame kidney disease, secured a spot along with 2020 Olympic silver medalist Jordan Chiles, 2020 floor exercise champion gold medalist Jade Carey and 16-year-old newcomer Hezly Rivera. Joscelyn Roberson and Leanne Wong will serve as alternates.

Hezly Rivera, 16 years old, is the newest and youngest gymnast to join US Olympics gymnast team and will compete with and against the veteran Olympians Simone Biles, Jade Carey, Suni Lee and Jordan Chiles.
Simone Biles, now the Greatest of All Times (GOAT) Gymnast has consistently dominated the Olympic trials, especially with the floor routines, including those that were set to Tylor Swift's “...Ready For It?” from her 2017 album.
The participation in the 2024 Paris Olympics is a major event for Simon Biles. Her challenges started during the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, when she stumbled upon landing after competing in vault during the Women's Team Final, experiencing the twisties. Hence, the participation comes three years after she decided to pull out of multiple finals to protect her mental health and safety. Meanwhile, she got married Chicago Bears safety Jonathan Owens in 2023.
